Description: This initial consultation agreement is established between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Mobolaji Okubanjo (R706029) and the undersigned potential client. The initial consultation shall provide the client with a comprehensive analysis of their education and work experience. The initial consultation will also provide the client with an understanding of their eligibility in addition to the next steps to take. An email with the summary of the consultation will be sent to the potential client after the consultation.

Limits of Engagement: The initial consultation is for information purposes only and is not intended to be for representation purposes. The initial consultation is limited to a duration of up to 30 - 45 minutes depending on the type of booking selected. Client is allowed up to two e-mail correspondences to clarify any questions they may have. Further consultation beyond the allocated booking time will require a new appointment with the applicable fees paid upon scheduling the new consultation appointment.

Refund Policy: The potential client understands that initial consultation fees is payable prior to the consultation and is non-refundable, however, if the client decides to retain us for representation on any immigration program within ONE week from the date this agreement was signed, the initial consultation agreement fee will be credited towards the fees payable for the service.
